Walking

There are large indoor swimming pools in Penrith & Appleby and a well heated outdoor pool in the nearby village of Hunsonby.

Fishing

Riding

Bank House Equestrian Centre – Horse riding and pony trekking near Penrith on the north west fringe of the lake district. link
