As you can see from the map Ousby is accessible from the M6, A6 and A66 at Penrith and lies only a short way off the Penrith to Hartside(Alston) road(A686). If you take the A686 N from Penrith then pass through Langwathby (over the one-way bridge) and continue out of the village under the Settle-Carlisle railway, then take the second turning right signed Ousby. After 2 miles you will come to the Fox Inn and the campsite is opposite the pub with the Caravan Park(statics) behind it.
